  • Facilitating client reorganizations/ reconfigurations within existing owned or leased facilities.
  • Coordinate rearrangements and changes directly with local management and landlord with communication with corporate structure.
  • Furnishings, construction, technology coordination, and move management of minor facility projects.
  • Review/audit building management procedures and processes to follow corporate structure.
  • Assist facility managers with recommendations to real estate issues and procedures.

Moves-Adds-Changes

  • Track portfolio issues for maintenance issues, coordinate with Landlords and/or contractors.
  • Coordinate small Client changes directly with local management.
  • Provide information desk for facility related questions/issues.
