- Site and lease due diligence review of real estate acquisitions.
- Coordinate lease dispositions and consolidations.

- Facilitating client reorganizations/ reconfigurations within existing owned or leased facilities.
- Coordinate rearrangements and changes directly with local management and landlord with communication with corporate structure.
- Furnishings, construction, technology coordination, and move management of minor facility projects.
- Review/audit building management procedures and processes to follow corporate structure.
- Assist facility managers with recommendations to real estate issues and procedures.

Moves-Adds-Changes
|
- Track portfolio issues for maintenance issues, coordinate with Landlords and/or contractors.
- Coordinate small Client changes directly with local management.
- Provide information desk for facility related questions/issues.
